Hello parents of ASA Meet/GA Tech bound swimmers,

LOTS of important info in here, so please read thoroughly and let us know if you have any questions.

Meet Info: Our session for our timed final at GA Tech is Wednesday, June 23rd at 9am. We can enter the building as early as 7am (which we should try to do) and our warm-up slot is 7:30am-7:45am in the East pool. Note: this is why it will be imperative for us to enter at 7am so that we have time to put bags down and get ready to warm up at 7:30am sharp. We also have to enter entirely as a team, so will have to wait for ALL swimmers/coaches/parents to be present before we can enter. We will be sitting as a team in Section 205, Rows D and E.

Carpool: Due to our early start and our mandatory full team entry at one time, I would like to set up a carpool to ensure we all arrive close to the same time and incur minimal parking fees (which we will cover). If you are willing to be a driver, please let me know ASAP. We should plan to leave Fontainebleau by about 6:15am to allow for drive/parking/walking to the facility.

Credentials/Worker: As I mentioned previously, they are not opening the session up to spectators. However, we do get the ability to have a few credentials for "parent helpers" with the team and a worker. We currently have 2 "parent helper" and 1 "worker" credentials up for grabs. Please let me know if you would be interested in filling one of these roles. The "worker" position is to run drinks out to timers/judges/bullpen/etc positions. So, really easy running water out to them periodically and the rest of the time, you do get deck access to be able to watch your swimmer compete close up! Parent helpers are NOT allowed on the pool deck, but can spectate from our Section 205 seating.

What to bring: Drinks, snacks, caps, goggles, suits, towels. Concessions will NOT be open, so please bring all necessary food/drink with you. Jimmy Johns will deliver sandwiches, if you would like to opt to order from them. Meals will be delivered to the Jimmy Johns table in the mezzanine hallway, individually wrapped.
