    Reminder: Register today for 2022 Swim Team Season

    Hello parents,

    Thank you to all those who have registered already for the 2022 season, including some new faces! We are so happy to have you join us! For those who haven't registered yet, a friendly reminder that the ASA fees increase on April 15th (which is right around the corner), so register today!

    Also, we are happy to announce our 2022 Coaching Team!

    Head Coach: Naeem Mangum is a new face to the Fontainebleau Twisters team but has been an active swimmer at Dunwoody High School and on other local swim teams (both summer and year round) throughout the years. He is excited to take on the role of head coach and help provide guidance to our young swimmers and lead our team of coaches. Assistant Coach: Luke Sandberg has been swimming for the Twisters for many years and may appear once or twice (or many times) on our Twisters Wall of Fame! He is excited to be back this year in a greater capacity and looks forward to supporting Naeem and the rest of the coaching team.

    Junior Coach: Sophia Walker has been swimming for the Twisters for about 8 seasons and is one of our loudest cheerleaders encouraging her fellow Twisters. She is excited to help with our littlest swimmers and continue growing her skills as a coach.
    Our swim meet schedule has been set for the season, which has also been updated on our Twisters Website and the FSTC website:

    June 7th vs. Zaban (Home)
    June 14th @ Huntcliff
    June 21st vs. Deerbrooke Waters (Home)
    June 27th (Monday) @ Spalding Woods
    June 30th (Thursday) @ 4pm Divisional Meet @ GA Tech (Timed Final) 

    Swimsuit and t-shirt orders: Reminder that all swimsuit and t-shirt orders are due April 21st. There will be a bin of try-on suits in a variety of sizes available at the home of Nancy Wesley (2872 Fontainebleau Drive) for you to take and try on at your home. Also, Nancy has some "free" hand-me-down suits available in a small range of sizes. If you have any questions about suits or want to inquire further about the hand-me-down suits, please reach out to Nancy for further information, [email protected].

    Finally, practices will begin Monday, May 16th. We are still finalizing our practice schedule based on the age ranges of our swimmers, so slotted times are still approximate. More to come.
