Hello parents,

A few updates for you now that we are 2/3 of the way through the season!

Swimtopia App: With our meet software now being a part of the Swimtopia website, you can now download the Swimtopia App in the google play and apple stores. Get updates on your swimmer in close to real time and know which events your swimmer is swimming in that meet. You can also sign up to get alerts for any email or meet notifications. And for $2.99/month you can get real time scoring and swimmer results! (Think about it--summer swim is only 5 meets, so really you can upgrade for 1 month and then stop at the end of the season.)

ASA Divisionals/Championship at Georgia Tech: We have received our time slot for our session for the ASA Divisional/Timed Championship Meet: Thursday, June 30th 4pm-7:30pm. This is an *optional* meet. You can find out more here on the https://asa.swimtopia.com/championship. Cost is $35/swimmer and you must let us know by June 17th if you wish to participate. The swimmer/parents will work with the coaches to determine which events we will register them for. If you are interested in finding out more or to sign up, please reach out to [email protected]. 

End of Year Awards Party/Team Picture: With the end of season quickly approaching and our GA Tech Meet time conflicting with our usual Awards Party night, wanted to see if people will be around July 6th or July 7th for us to have our Team Awards Party. Please let Jen Belknap know. 

Also, would look to attempt to do a team picture either before our next home meet, Tuesday June 21st at 4pm sharp or at the Awards Party. Please let Jen know if either of these times would work for you. I realize we will probably miss a few swimmers one way or the other, but hopefully we can get a majority and maybe look to photo shop the rest in.

Parents -- thanks for all you do to support our team -- we couldn't do it without you! And friendly reminder, if you haven't updated your swimmer's availability for our last 3 meets, please do so ASAP.
