Please find the information below for our final swim meet of the season:

Spalding Woods Pool address: 900 Spalding Drive, Sandy Springs, GA 30328
A little about getting to the pool.... When you turn in off of Spalding Drive, it looks like you are heading into an apartment complex. Right before their gate, turn left and then follow the road up and around and then down a big hill to the main parking lot. This sounds confusing, but it makes sense once you are there!

Parking procedures: We plan to have the main parking lot available for your team. After that is full, the second option is parking to the left and right of the road that leads into and out of the pool. I don't think we will have any problem, but parking is limited and there isn't really a good option for street parking, so please encourage as much carpooling as possible.

Visitor Bullpen: Your bullpen will be by the upper tennis courts. There is a covered pavilion there as well. As you enter the pool, turn right and go to the far end of the pool. There is a gate at that end of the pool where you can go in and out to the bullpen area. Please remind your team that no one should be playing with the tennis equipment. Unfortunately, we had some damage at the last home meet.

Concessions: We will be selling hamburgers, hotdogs, pasta, chips, candy, fruit, and drinks. We will be accepting cash or credit card.

Warm-ups and Meet Schedule: Your warm up time will be 5pm. We will do our best to start the meet promptly at 5:30pm. 

**MOST IMPORTANT**

We are still in need of the following job positions for tomorrow’s meet (we have a minimal number of swimmers for this meet so we need EVERYONE to volunteer please):

• First half-master recorder, place judge, and timer.
• Second half- timer.

Beth is out of town this week, so I will be your meet manager.
