Hello parents,

Friendly reminder to please update your swimmer's status for the swim meets, especially this first one...you will need to mark them as "attending" or "not attending". Our first meet is in 1 week, so coaches need to know who will be participating in order to assign events, etc...registration for each meet is due the Thursday before the meet. 

Registering your swimmers for meets:

• Go to our team website. 
• Click on "meet entry" for each meet.
• Under "your family swim meet status", click "edit".
• Mark your child as "attending" or "not attending". There is also an opportunity to add any notes needed for the coaches to be aware of. And click "save".

Signing up for a job for meets (this is MANDATORY for each family):

• Go to our team website.
• Click on "job signup" for each meet.
• Under your name, click "sign up for jobs".
• Click the check box for the job you are signing up for and click "save assignment".

Memorial Day Cookout: Raine Hyde has graciously volunteered to head up our Memorial Day cookout at the FSTC pool, which serves as a fundraiser for our Swim Team. The cookout will be held on Sunday, May 28th at 6pm. Our Swim Team families are invited to join us for this fun event and you will receive a paperless invitation from "Greetings Island" in the next day or so. For non-members of FSTC...you are welcome to join us at the pool from 5-7pm that day. Please reach out to Raine if you would like to volunteer to help setup, grill or cleanup, [email protected]. Everyone is requested to bring a side dish to share that feeds at least 10-12 people. Cost is $6/person, $2/children aged 3-12 (off the kids table).

Non-Members of FSTC: A reminder to all our non-members, swim team allows your swimmer(s) access to the pool and club grounds ONLY during swim practices, swim meets or events held by the Swim Team (Memorial Day cookout, End of Season Party, Team Pictures, etc). However, if you opt to join the Fontainebleau Swim and Tennis Club prior to June 15th, I will move your $80 non-member fee to be credited toward your club initiation fee. If you would like to convert to an FSTC Membership, please let me know and I will get you in touch with the FSTC Membership Chair. We would love to have you!
