Hello Fontainebleau Twisters,

Just a few short weeks until swim practices begin for the 2024 season!! Welcome to our Lockridge Forest Swim Tennis Club members--we're glad to have you as part of our "small but mighty" team! A few quick notes as we get ready to start the season...

• Registration is still open! Tell your friends and neighbors to join us today! We do also  accept non-members of Fontainebleau and Lockridge at the non-member rate.
• Swim suit and t-shirt orders are due April 30th. Please reach out to Nancy Wesley, [email protected] with any questions or to try on suits! Nancy also has some "free for the taking" hand-me down suits in various sizes, if you're interested.
  • I will note: team suits are encouraged for team unity but not required. Totally ok to wear a navy suit or other suit.
  • Caps are available throughout the season for $5. We typically bring some to both home and away meets for purchase as well.
  • T-shirts: if you didn't request a t-shirt for your swimmer(s) during registration or have outgrown your t-shirt, or can't remember...feel free to reach out and we'll make sure we get your size. Extra t-shirts are available for purchase as well.
• Swim practices begin Monday, May 13th! For our new swimmers, you are welcome to come to morning, evening or both when offered...whatever works for you.
  • 12 and under: 5-6pm / 9:45-10:45am
  • 13 and up: 6-7pm / 10:45-11:45am
  • May 13-16: 5-7pm
  • May 20-23: 5-7pm
  • May 28, 30, 31: 9:45-11:45am, May 29: 9:45-11:45am AND/OR May 30: 6:30-7:30pm
  • June 3, 4, 6, 7: 9:45-11:45am, June 5: 9:45-11:45am AND/OR June 3, 6: 6:30-7:30pm
  • June 10, 11, 13, 14: 9:45-11:45am, June 12: 9:45-11:45am AND/OR June 10, 13: 6:30-7:30pm
  • June 17, 18, 20, 21: 9:45-11:45am, June 19: 9:45-11:45am AND/OR June 17, 20: 6:30-7:30pm
  • June 24: 9:45-11:45am, June 25: 9:45-10:45am** last practice / June 25: 10:45-11:45am GA Tech swimmers last practice
• Swim Meet Schedule is available on the Fontainebleau Swim Team website:
  • 5/28 at HOME vs. Deerfield Spalding Lake
  • 6/4 at HOME vs. Zaban
  • 6/11 at Vermack
  • 6/18 at Huntcliff (tri-meet also vs. Deerbrooke Waters)
  • 6/24 at HOME vs. Dunwoody North
• All practices and home meets will take place at the Fontainebleau Swim Tennis Club pool: 2694 Fontainebleau Drive.
• Note: for all non-members and Lockridge members, the Fontainebleau pool is open to swimmers only during swim team related events, including swim practices, swim meets, end of season party and any other swim team related function only. For any non-members who pay the $80/non-member fee, if you opt to become a member at FSTC, we will apply that fee toward your FSTC membership. Reach out today if you're interested in converting to a membership.
