Long email alert! Please read all the below as it contains important information on our next swim meet which is Tuesday 6/2 at 5:30. The meet is at Spalding Woods pool. Address and parking instructions are below.

• 1.) Our warmup time is from 5:10-5:30, so please arrive between 4:45-5:00 so you can get settled and your swimmer(s) can get their events written on their arms.
• 2.) Our seating area will be near the deep end of our pool. We will have some lounge chairs there, but it may be a good idea to bring some chairs of your own.
• 3.) Parking: When you turn into the pool driveway, you may think you are heading into an apartment complex. As you approach the keypad that opens the gate for the complex, don't go through the gate. Instead, turn left and then follow the road up and around and then down a big hill on the right to the main lower parking lot. They plan to have a couple of parking lot attendants helping you find parking. There is a main lower parking lot and upper parking that you pass on the way to the lower parking lot.Again, someone will be there directing traffic .As the parking is limited and there is no street parking available, the home teams ask that we please carpool whenever possible.
• 4.) We have two volunteer jobs that we need to fill, the second half Master Recorder and the second half place judge.

• 5.) Concessions: They will be selling brisket sandwiches, hotdogs, pizza, pasta, chips, candy, fruit, and drinks. Cash, venmo, and zelle are accepted.
• 6.) If you haven’t already marked your swimmer’s status for the meet on Swimtopia, please do so ASAP so that the coaches can get them entered for events.
