Hello Twisters Parents,

Our next swim meet is at our home pool next Tuesday 6/16.

Please read all the details below which contain important information.

1. Food - Each family should bring a large side dish. Green salads, pasta salad/dishes, or fruit salad. No watermelon, chips, or dessert.

(The Twister Cafe is how we make money for our team to pay coaches, etc. You can purchase hotdogs/hamburgers hot off the grill for dinner. There are side dishes for you to purchase and drinks/dessert. We’ll be accepting cash, Venmo, or credit cards as payment.

2. Parking - Please remember to leave the parking lot for the visiting team. Park out on the street on ONE side of the road.

3. Arrival Time - Swimmers should arrive at 4:30 PM for warmups.

4. Jobs – Thank you to the parents who have proactively signed up for a job.We still have quite a few jobs to fill, so please see the link below and sign up if you’re able.

5. Seating - Our team sits on the side of the pool where the deck is. The side of the pool adjacent to the sidewalk is for the visiting team.

6. Swimmers - Please talk to your children and let them know that swimmers are responsible for getting lined up for their events on time. The official will start the event without someone in their lane. The deck of the clubhouse will have each event number posted and there will also be an announcer communicating events.

7. Registration – Please make sure that your child is RSVP’d as a Yes/Registered on Swimtopia prior to Monday.The coaches finalize the rosters for the meet and merge the meets with the other team at some point on Monday, so they need to know if your child is swimming prior to that.

8. Meet Manager. I’m out of town next week and Nancy Wesley is going to cover for me as Meet Manager. If you have question please reach out to her or Jen Belknap.
