ASA Parents,

The ASA meet at Georgia Tech is this Friday morning 6/26. Please see below for important information regarding the meet.

• Parking - Prepaid parking will be available in the W10 parking deck that is adjacent to the CRC. To park in this deck, you must pre-purchase a parking pass, you cannot pay at the gate. To pre-purchase a parking please visit https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events . Parking costs will be between $12-18.
• Our time to enter the building is 8:25 AM.
• Please try to arrive between 8-8:15 as we’ll all plan to take a team picture and walk in together to find our seating area and start warmups. We’ll meet in the grassy area in front of the Campus recreation center (address below).

• Our seating area is in the stands upstairs in section 101 row D.
• Our warmup time is 8:55-9:10 in the boy’s pool in lanes 8-9.
• Jobs – We have 19 swimmers participating in ASA which is fantastic and WAY more than we’ve had in recent years. However, this does mean that we must fill two volunteer positions for the duration of the meet, which will be runner and water. I’ll handle the runner job, but that means that I’ll need a few parents to combine to fill the water job. It’s just bringing water to other volunteers and will give you access to the pool deck for a close-up view of your child swimming. I’ve created a job sign-up on Swimtopia and broken the water job into three shifts. Can I please get three parent volunteers to sign up?
