ASA Divisional Championship
Hello Twisters!
Tomorrow is the big meet at Georgia Tech! I just want to remind you of a couple things. First, our warm up is at 8:10 so please be at the pool around 7:45. We want all the swimmers ready to jump in the pool at 8:10 because we have a very short warm up period for all 33 swimmers. This year we are sitting upstairs in the bleachers. All the coaches are going to try to get to the pool as early as we can and will send out a Remind message saying where we are sitting. Also it would help a lot if everyone's events are written on their arm before coming to the meet. The entries are attached to this message. They do not have heat and lanes so the coaches will give those out at the meet tomorrow. Another important detail is that the order of events is different from a usual dual meet. The order is: 6 and under free relays, all medley relays, 6 and under 25 free, all remaining free relays, 6 and under backstroke, and then all the remaining events. Also keep in mind that there is a boys pool and a girls pool. Finals are on Saturday so remember to RSVP by tonight so we can make sure to scratch you if you can not make it. Tomorrow is going to be a long day so it is very important to stay hydrated throughout today and tomorrow! If you have any questions please ask any of the coaches! Feel free to text or email me!
