Good evening everyone,

First off let me congratulate you all on getting through our second meet of the season! I am emailing you this evening because I want to establish a firm deadline to RSVP your kids for upcoming swim meets. When my fellow coaches and I make a meet lineup we need consistent information on who will be attending the meet. As such, we are saying that Saturday night at 6:00pm is the firm deadline to RSVP for the upcoming meet on a Tuesday. 

The second point I'd like to bring up is a reminder that we need volunteers to work our swim meets, even when we are not the host team. As I understand it, if your child is swimming in the meet you are required to volunteer to work that meet. Any deficiency in the number of volunteers we have hinders our ability to run a swift and fun meet for the swimmers.
