Good evening everyone,

I have a couple things to share with you. First off, the stroke clinics that are offered on Saturday mornings are going to be moved to 10:00am to 10:30am, and 10:30am to 11:00am. The focus this week for the stroke clinic will be butterfly. This will give us time to work with the swimmers before the pool opens. Second, there will be an optional practice on Memorial day in the afternoon from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
