Dear Twister parents –

You are receiving this email because you had at least one swimmer registered with the Fontainebleau Swim and Tennis Club Twister swim team during the 2016 summer season. We are about to kick-off registration for the 2017 season and this letter will introduce the new registration process. If you do not plan to register a swimmer for the 2017 season please contact Deanna at [email protected] to have yourself removed from this list.

Last winter ASA changed their registration process to allow integration with several popular swim team management sites. We had never used one of these websites in the past but decided this was the year to give it a try. So, this year registration will be a one-stop process for ASA and FSTC registration, and it includes the ability to pay for all fees and products (swim suits/caps) via PayPal (you will still have the option to pay by check, cash, or money order).

On Wednesday, March 29, 2017, you will receive an invitation to register your swimmers from [email protected]. The email will contain a link to the swim-team website www.fontainebleau.swim-team.us. The registration process should be very easy for most of you. In fact, you will likely find that the forms will self-populate because I have already uploaded data from last year’s ASA registration. HOWEVER, because this is a new process I wanted to point out a few things:

• Club membership – If you are a club member, please make sure to check the box indicating so on the first page to activate the lower registration fees (PSST pay your club dues!).
• DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CHILD’S BIRTHDATE(S) – This information will be sent to ASA, which will determine which age group your child swims in.
• 15+ swimmers -  We still give a significant discount for older swimmers if you are a club member, however, the website will not automatically give a second (or third) swimmer the sibling discount. Deanna can adjust the fees for you, so contact her before proceeding with payment ([email protected]).
• ASA fees are currently $24/swimmer. There is a price increase after April 15th. All swimmers that register before this date will receive a newly designed FREE Twisters t-shirt!
• Swimsuits, caps, and spirit wear – Michelle Duke and Terri Nathanson have been busy working on some great new options for our swimmers! These products are available for ordering during registration, but you can also come back to the website and order at a later date. The try-on swimsuits are currently available on Terri’s porch (2579 Windwood Court). Suit orders are due by May 1st to guarantee delivery before the first swim meet.
